TRENERSKI FORUM - TREF

This Statute determines the following: the name, site and area of activity of the Trainers' Forum - Association of Trainers and Consultants for non-profit sector (hereinafter: TREF); representing, goals, activities to accomplish the goals, openness to public, memberships, rights, duties and disciplinary responsibility of the members; internal structure, bodies of TREF and their composition, scope of authority, mode of making decisions, conditions and procedures of election and recall, duration of the mandate, property and modes of disposition with possible profits; modes of acquiring property; and cessation of TREF and the way of dealing with the property in the case of cessation.
